A KELSO man accused of staging a robbery at a local supermarket has had the case against him found not proven following a jury trial at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Wayne Wilkes, 38, of Roxburgh Street, had denied forcing two female employees to open the till and rob them of £187 while wearing a mask over his face at the Co-operative store in High Croft, Kelso, on November 12 last year.
