High School ban for Kelso man accused of sexual Snapchat messages
A KELSO man has been accused of sending two schoolgirls indecent images and videos through Snapchat.
Tayler Hughes, 21, pleaded not guilty to sending a 13-year-old girl sexual communications from his Abbotseat home between November 11 and November 19 last year to obtain sexual gratification or to alarm her.
He also denied a similar offence involving a 14-year-old girt during the same period.
A trial has been fixed for February 4 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court with an intermediate hearing on January 20.
Hughes was granted bail with the special conditions not to contact the two teenagers or to enter Kelso High School.
