20-year-old denies threatening to set dog on woman
A HAWICK man has been accused of threatening to set his dog on a woman.
William Rackstraw denies behaving in a threatening or abusive manner and sending menacing communications to her at Robson Court in Hawick on February 26.
The 20-year-old of Northcote Street, pleaded not guilty at Jedburgh Sheriff Court and a trial date was set for December 10.
