Berwickshire High School
A 27-year-old man has been accused of driving away a JCB excavator from the grounds of Berwickshire High School in Duns on August 17 without the consent of the owner.
Matthew Paxton is also accused of driving a JCB excavator while disqualified and with no insurance on various roads between Duns and Charterhall airfield.
Paxton of Castle Street, Duns, will stand trial at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on February 4 with an intermediate hearing on January 20.
