A BREEDER has been accused of failing to control the noise from the persistent barking of dogs kept at her Jedburgh premises.
Hazel Manson, 36, is said to have been served with a notice on August 30 last year relating to her home at Bankend South and the noise experienced by people living in neighbouring properties.
It is alleged the offence was committed between January 8 and November 5.
The case was continued without plea at Jedburgh Sheriff Court until January 6.
