32-year-old denied four firearm offence charges
A 32-year-old man is set to stand trial on four charges of breaching the conditions of his firearms licence.
John Orr denies having two firearms and two shotguns unsecured in his vehicle on June 27.
He also denies two other charges of failing to tell police about a change of address from Paxton to his current home at Grantshouse when required to do so by his licence.
A trial is scheduled to take place at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on January 21 with an intermediate hearing on January 13.
