Galashiels man is remanded to face threat charge
A GALASHIELS man has been remanded in custody until the outcome of his trial at Jedburgh Sheriff Court later this month.
Daley Bertham, 35, is accused of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at his home in Forest Crescent on May 16.
He is also charged with struggling violently with two police constables.
There was no application for bail and Bertham was remanded in custody until the trial date on January 23.
