A PEEBLES man who was involved in a bust-up with the mother of his young child has been ordered to be of good behaviour for the next four months at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Twenty one year old Brandon Bisset pleaded guilty to shouting and swearing and struggling with his partner at a house in Dalatho Crescent, Peebles, on the morning of Tuesday, November 19.
Alan Wickham, prosecuting, said a verbal altercation took place while they were out for a walk when the woman said she planned to go for a night out over the festive period.
A struggle took place when they got back to the house with Bisset taking a young child from the woman's arms.
Defence lawyer Colin Severin said his client now lived with his parents and the relationship was over.
He added that Bisset had regretted his actions and the fact the matter had ended up in court.
