A JEDBURGH teenager has been accused of having sexual intercourse with an under age girl.
Nineteen-year-old Calvin Fender also faces a second charge of engaging in sexual activity with a teenage girl under the age of 16.
He made no plea during a private hearing at Jedburgh Sheriff Court and the case was continued for further examination.
Fender was released on bail.
