50-year-old denies £5K Carer's Allowance fraud
A 50-year-old woman has been accused of obtaining more than £5,000 in Carer's Allowance she was not entitled to.
Jeanette Dalziel, of Sydenham Court in Kelso, denies receiving £4929.30 benefits between July, 2016 and January 20128, while she was working.
She pleaded not guilty to two other charges of receiving £434 and £258 to which she was not entitled.
The trial will take place at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on April 28.
