Selkirk Sheriff Court
A 26-year-old man has appeared in private at Selkirk Sheriff Court accused of two counts of communicating indecently with a teenage child.
Douglas Gee, who gave an address in Galashiels, is also charged with a breach of the sex offender registration requirements.
He made no plea and the case was continued for further examination.
Gee was released on bail and his next court date has still to be confirmed.
