A SELKIRK man has appeared in private at Jedburgh Sheriff Court accused of three offences.
Paul Turnbull is charged with behaving in a threatening or abusive manner in Selkirk at the weekend and assault.
The 41-year-old also faces a charge of possession of a controlled drug.
Turnbull made no plea and the case was continued for further examination and he was released on bail.
