A 58-year-old man has appeared from custody at Jedburgh Sheriff Court and denied a charge of public indecency.
Clive Smith pleaded not guilty to standing at the window of his home in Moss Place, Newcastleton on Tuesday and exposing himself and carrying out a sex act causing members of the public to observe his conduct.
A trial date has been set for April 30 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court with an intermediate hearing on April 4.
