A JEDBURGH man has been found guilty at the town's sheriff court of being in charge of a car while more than three times the legal alcohol limit.
Trevor Lord, 52, of Rennieston, had denied the offence which happened in Canongate, Jedburgh, on November 2.
But following a trial he was found guilty and fined £600.
His licence was endorsed with 10 penalty points.
