Duo deny Gala Park heroin dealing
TWO men have been accused of being concerned in the supply of heroin.
Alan Millar, 25, of Wilton Crescent, Hawick, and 39-year-old Barry johnston of Whitefield Crescent, Newtown St Boswells, deny the offence said to have happened in Gala Park, Galashiels, on May 22/23.
Millar and Johnston are also accused of possession of the class A drug.
A trial date has been fixed for May 19 at Selkirk Sheriff Court with an intermediate hearing on May 4.
