A man has been accused of sexually assaulting four women he employed at his Hawick café.
Karip Yardim is charged with sexually assaulting the four women and also making inappropriate sexual comment towards them.
The offences are alleged to have been committed at the De Cafe Lounge premises in High Street, Hawick, between April and October, 2019.
Yardim, of Arthur Street, Hawick, pleaded not guilty to all four charges at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
A trial date has been set for May 26 with an intermediate hearing on May 11.
