THE master of one of Scotland's leading hunts has been accused of making a false statement in support of a firearms application.
David Lee Peters, 41, is charged with failing to disclose medical information.
The offence is alleged to have happened at the Jedforest Hunt Kennels near Bonchester Bridge on April 26.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge under section 28 of the Firearms Act 1968 and a trial date has been set for March 31 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
