Borders residents are expected to applaud NHS staff this evening (April 2) as the Clap for our Carers campaign continues.
Last Thursday saw many Borderers join in the UK-wide vote of thanks to health staff at 8pm.
In Galashiels, Selkirk, Melrose, Peebles and elsewhere, households stood on their front steps and indulged in much clapping and whooping.
The idea came from Dutchwoman Annemarie Plas, now of London, who was inspired by scenes in her home country.
If you will be taking part at 8pm this evening, please send us your pictures and videos, making sure to tell us any names and where you are.
