A GALASHIELS man faces trial by jury on three sex charges.
John Tunnicliffe, 54, is charged with assault and rape to injury, sexual assault by penetration and sexual assault.
The alleged victims are a woman and a man.
He is also accused of two counts of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug and a theft charge.
Tunnicliffe has pleaded not guilty to all six charges.
The case called as a preliminary hearing at the High Court in Glasgow last week and was continued until Thursday, August 27.
