RANGERS are reportedly interested in CSKA Sofia midfielder Kristyan Malinov.
Reports in Malinov's homeland Bulgaria say Steven Gerrard's side are monitoring the player along with Belgian giants Standard Liege.
It is understood that the 26-year-old wants to stick out the season with his Bulgarian side before making a decision on his future.
Malinov has played over 113 games for Sofia, scoring six goals.
He played alongside former Celtic striker Tony Watt last season and the current Motherwell ace was quick to tip him as a top player.
In response to a tweet about Malinov being linked with Rangers, he said: "Player👇🔥".
Rangers have already signed Ianis Hagi, Calvin Bassey and John McLaughlin this summer.
