A BORDERS man has been fined £210 for shoplifting.
David Collins, 33, of Hawick, was also ordered to pay £75 in compensation for the items he had stolen from the town’s Home Bargains and Lidl.
In addition, a £10 victim surcharge was imposed at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
