A Borders man who admitted drugs offences has had his sentence deferred
BACKGROUND reports have been ordered into a Borders man who admitted drugs offences.
Karl Harvey, 34, pleaded guilty to producing a controlled drug and possession of a class B drug at his Kelso home.
Sentence was deferred at Selkirk Sheriff Court until January 18 for the production of a Criminal Justice Social Work Report and a Restriction of Liberty Order assessment.
