A GALASHIELS man who admitted two domestic-related offences has been placed on a night-time curfew at his home.
John Mein, 56, was ordered to stay within home between the hours of 8pm and 8am for the next eight months.
He had pleaded guilty at Selkirk Sheriff Court to charges of threatening or abusive behaviour and a breach of bail conditions.
A two-year non-harassment order was imposed which prevents Mein from having any contact with his former partner.
