A BORDERS man has admitted two drugs offences.
Karl Harvey, 34, of Kelso, pleaded guilty to producing a controlled drug at his home last year and possession of a class B drug.
Sentence was deferred at Jedburgh Sheriff Court until March 1 for the production of background reports.
