Declan Douglas, 18, of Hawick, admitted assaulting his partner
A BORDERS teenager who admitted assaulting his partner has been given a 12-month Community Payback Order with supervision.
Declan Douglas, 18, of Hawick, appeared at Jedburgh Sheriff Court last week.
He was told that his regular use of drugs could lead to further problems if the matter was not addressed.
