TWO people were taken to hospital after a chemical spillage at an industrial estate.
A 51-year-old man was in the Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment on Friday, while a 44-year-old woman was hospitalised as a precaution.
The spillage occured at a business based in Fullarton Drive, Glasgow at around 6.25pm.
Police called to the scene said there was no indication of any criminality and that there was no wider risk to the public.
The Health and Safety Executive said yesterday they had not yet received a report from Police Scotland.
A spokesman for the force said: "Around 6.25pm on Friday, 19 February, emergency services were called to the Fullarton Drive area of Glasgow following a report of a chemical spillage.

"A 51-year-old man was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment, whilst a 44-year-old woman was taken to hospital as a precaution.
"There was no criminality established or risk to the wider public. A report will be submitted to the Health and Safety Executive."
