THE Borders has seen six more people test positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours.
According to Scottish Government data released at 2pm today (Thursday, February 25), the region's total number of cases since the pandemic began now stands at 2,799.
There are now seven people in hospital in the Borders with COVID-19.
Nationally there have been a further 769 positive cases, bringing the Scottish total to 200,406.
Across Scotland there are now 967 people in hospital with coronavirus.
