BACKGROUND reports have been ordered into a Borders man who admitted breaching his Community Payback Order on three occasions.
Peter Mulvey, 43, of Galashiels, admitted the breaches which included accessing the internet without permission from a supervisor and not revealing the names of people he had been in contact with.
Sentence has been deferred at Selkirk Sheriff Court until April 6 for a Criminal Justice Social Work Report and a Restriction of Liberty Order assessment.
