AFTER a bleak locked-down winter, spring is showing signs it has sprung in Glasgow.
Snowdrops and crocuses were spotted rearing their heads in Maxwell Park this morning as locals enjoyed a stroll in far more pleasant weather than the city endured earlier this month.
Today, Glaswegians will enjoy a mild day with sunshine and highs of 11 degrees.

Temperatures will remain around the same over the weekend. The Met Office predicts some rain on Saturday morning and fog early on Sunday but expects the sun to break through as the days go on.
