A BORDERS high street store has been broken into and had “numerous clothing items” stolen, according to police.
M&Co, a chain retailer selling clothes for men and women, on Hawick High Street was targeted on Thursday morning (February 25), police say.
Officers are asking for anyone with information to come forward.
A police spokesperson said: “M&Co. within High Street, Hawick was broken into at around 5:20am on February 25, 2021. Numerous clothing items were taken from the store.
“If you have any information that may assist with our enquiries please contact us on 101 and quote incident number 375 of the 25th February 2021.
“Alternatively if you have any information about this, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers 100% anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their anonymous online form at crimestoppers-uk.org”
