Mark Bennett, 51, of Traquair, will be sentenced at Selkirk Sheriff Court
A BORDERS man found with hundreds of pornographic photographs of children will be sentenced next month at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Businessman Mark Bennett, 51, pleaded guilty to a second charge of making indecent images of children including a 14-year-old girl.
The offences happened at his Traquair home near Innerleithen between December 2011 and February 2020.
Sentence was deferred until April 20 for background reports and Bennett was made subject to the notification requirements of the sex offenders register.
