ONLY two places in the Borders have recorded more than two cases of coronavirus in recent days.
Public Health Scotland figures show how many cases there have been in each of the region's 30 'neighbourhoods' between March 10-16.
In that period, Langlee recorded a seven-day case rate of 275.3 per 100,000 (seven cases recorded), and St Boswells and Newtown Area had a case rate of 105.3 per 100,000 (four cases recorded).
The region as a whole had a case rate of 17.3 per 100,000.
The remaining 28 areas of the Borders recorded no more than two cases and have had their cases rates suppressed by Public Health Scotland in order to "protect patient confidentiality".
The areas with suppressed case rates include: Tweeddale West Area; Tweeddale East Area; Selkirk; Peebles South; Peebles North; Melrose and Tweedbank Area; Lauder and Area; Kelso South; Kelso North; Jedburgh; Hawick West End; Hawick North; Hawick Central; Galashiels West; Galashiels South; Galashiels North; Eyemouth; Ettrick Yarrow and Lilliesleaf Area; Earlston, Stow and Clovenfords Area; Duns; Denholm and Hermitage; Coldstream and Area; Chirnside and Area; Cheviot East; Cheviot West; Burnfoot; Berwickshire East; and Berwickshire Central.
