A BORDERS man who admitted a charge of assault to injury in a domestic-related incident will be sentenced this month.
James Scott, 38, of Glensax Road, Peebles, also pleaded guilty to a breach of his bail conditions.
He had sentence deferred at Selkirk Sheriff Court until May 31 for the production of background reports and a personal appearance.
