A BORDERS man has been placed on supervision for the next 12 months as part of a Community Payback Order.
Robert Young, 45, of Hawick, was convicted of vandalism and threatening or abusive behaviour.
The Community Payback Order was given at Selkirk Sheriff Court as an alternative to custody.
