A BORDERS man who breached an undertaking by contacting his former partner has been fined £100 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Kenneth McDougall, 38, pleaded guilty to sending the woman text messages in Kelso when he was not to contact her.
McDougall, who gave an address in Walkerburn, was ordered to pay a £10 victim surcharge.
