A QUAD BIKE and a motocross bike have been stolen in the Borders.

Police say the incident happened at Halidean Mill, near Melrose, at the end of last week.

A police spokesperson said: "Were you in or near the area of Halidean Mill Farm, Melrose, between 9pm on June 3 and 8.15am on the June 4?

"A container was broken into where a quad bike and motocross bike were stolen.

"If you have any information that may assist with our enquiries please contact us on 101 and quote incident number 0628 of June 4, 21.
