A BORDERS man involved in a domestic disturbance with his partner has been fined £450 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Fifty-two-year-old Stephen Carver of McLaren Court, Hawick, was also given a £20 Victim Surcharge for the offence in April.
He was also fined a total of £240, with another £20 Victim Surcharge, for breaching bail orders including turning up at the woman's property in Hawick.
