THE Borders has recorded 132 cases of coronavirus over the weekend, latest figures show.
Updated case data was published by the Scottish Government at 2pm today (June 28).
And the new figures show the Borders has now recorded 3,472 cases of COVID-19 since the start of the pandemic.
According to the updated statistics, there remain fewer than five people in hospital in the Borders with recently confirmed cases of the virus.
The new figures show that Scotland has now recorded 274,217 cases since March last year.
