REPORTS have been ordered into a 37-year-old man who admitted breaching his home curfew.
Ian McCallum was not at the property in Gala Park, Galashiels, on May 11.
Sentence has been deferred until August 9.
McCallum, who now lives in Talisman Avenue, in Galashiels, will also face trial at Selkirk Sheriff Court on December 14 on a charge of housebreaking with intent to steal.
