AN INTERACTIVE map shows which Borders areas have seen the most cases of coronavirus recently.

The Public Health Scotland tool displays data for a seven-day period between July 14-20.

The Borders is split into 30 neighbourhoods on the map, with the number of COVID-19 cases during that period shown, as well as the seven-day case rate per 100,000.

According to the map, Melrose and Tweedbank Area saw the most cases in that period with 15 at a rate of 277.2.

Eyemouth recorded 13 cases (rate of 371.4), Earlston, Stow and Clovenfords Area had 12 cases (rate of 202.5) and Tweeddale East Area saw 12 cases (rate of 208.4) between July 14-20.

At the other end of the scale, Berwickshire Central, Cheviot East, Duns, Ettrick, Yarrow and Lilliesleaf Area, Galashiels West, Kelso North, Langlee, Lauder and Area, all recorded between 0-2 cases during the seven-day period.
