THE Borders has recorded 14 new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours, new figures show.
The Scottish Government published an update at 2pm today (July 27).
And the new data shows the region has now recorded 4,509 cases of COVID-19 since the start of the pandemic.
There are fewer than five people in hospital in the Borders with recently confirmed cases of the virus. Yesterday, there were six.
Scotland has now seen 342,059 cases, the latest statistics show.
