THE body of a man has been discovered near a harbour in the Borders, according to police.
Officers attended near Burnmouth Harbour after the body was reported yesterday afternoon (July 27).
There are no suspicious circumstances, say police.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers attended near to Burnmouth Harbour following the discovery of a man's body which was reported to police at around 2.15pm on Tuesday, July 27.
“His next of kin have been informed and there are no suspicious circumstances. A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
