A BORDERS man has been disqualified from the road at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Sixty-four-year-old Thomas Warburton, of Selkirk, pleaded guilty to a charge of drink-driving.
He pleaded not guilty to charges of assault to injury and no insurance and a trial was fixed for August 26.
An interim driving ban has been imposed until that day.
