POLICE in the Borders have charged four youths aged between 12-17 following a spate of anti-social behaviour and vandalism in Jedburgh.
It follows reports of incidents between June 2021 and August 2021.
Officers say that a number of premises in the Borders town were deliberately damaged.
These acts include alleged vandalism at the Bowling Club, Mary Queen Scotts House, School Campus and public toilets.
In addition, to this officers received reports of fireraising at the public toilets.
Four youths have been charged in connection with these incidents.
Reports will be sent to the Youth Justice Team.
A Police spokesman said: “We are fully aware of the impact anti-social behaviour can have on a community, we would like to thank the public for their response to these enquiries."
