A 21-YEAR-OLD man appeared from custody at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on Wednesday and pleaded guilty to charges of theft and vandalism.
Glen Todd, formerly of Peebles and now living in Hawick, had sentence deferred until October 11 for the production of a Criminal Justice Social Work Report.
He was released on bail.
