IT WAS A busy weekend for the Fjordhus Reivers teams with some impressive results.

On Saturday the Ladies 1s beat Stirling University 4-0 in their third game of the season with the goals coming from Rebecca Anderson on her debut, Hannah Millar, Emily Newlands and Chloe Richardson. Goalkeeper Rowan Sinclair was on top form to keep a clean sheet.

In addition, the Ladies 2s beat Kelso 1s 2-0, the Ladies 3s beat Edinburgh University 5s 9-2, the Ladies 4s lost 4-3 to Eskvale and the Men drew 4-4 with Edinburgh University 6s.

The u10s, u12s and u14s all played some competitive hockey against their neighbours Kelso.

On Sunday morning a group of young international players were in attendance, helping the Club develop in several areas of the game. Charlie Jack (Scotland u23 men), Ava Smith (Scotland u23 women), Emily Newlands ex Scottish Internationalist and Hannah Miller (Scotland u19) were on hand to help the young players develop through small-sided game play, passing skills and penalty corner attack skills. A very valuable morning for many members of the Club.

In the afternoon, the Ladies 1s were back in action with a 3-0 win over Perthshire with the goals coming from Robyn Wales, Hannah Millar and Jess Main coupled with another fine performance in goal by Sinclair.

The U16s beat Clydesdale 7-0 in the Scottish Cup with the goals coming from Eva Rathie (3), Jena Bruce, Aela Thomson, Louisa Brown and Izzy Molyneux and the U16 Development team beat Kelso 1-0 with captain Ava McCall scoring the goal.
