A GALASHIELS man is to attend the Caledonian Men's Programme for the next two years after admitting a domestic offence involving his partner.
Benjamin Ireland, 32, pleaded guilty at Selkirk Sheriff Court to a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour on June 20.
He also admitted breaching his bail conditions by contacting the woman on social media when he was not supposed to and sending a video message showing him stamping on a mobile phone.
