A GALASHIELS man involved in a bust-up with his partner has been fined £450 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Forty-eight-year-old John Cassidy admitted being involved in a violent struggle with the woman after they had an argument on September 3 last year.
Sheriff Robert Fife added a £20 Victim Surcharge.
