Coronavirus: Data shows Borders recorded more than 60 cases in 24 hours
THE Borders has recorded 68 new cases of coronavirus in the last day, latest figures show.
According to Scottish Government data published at 2pm today (October 20), the Borders has now seen 8,557 cases of the virus since the start of the pandemic.
There are currently eight people in the hospital in the Borders with confirmed cases of the virus.
Scotland has now recorded 615,182 cases of the virus since March last year, according to the latest data.
