UPDATE: The A68 has now reopened, according to road officials.
A SECTION of the A68 in the Borders is closed in both directions after a crash, according to police.
Officers were called to a report of an accident at Lilliardsedge near Jedburgh at around 6.55pm.
The road has been closed in both directions and emergency services are at the scene.
